St Kilda Cricket Club
The practice game on 12th Saturday September against St Kilda Cricket Club at Kelly Park is confirmed. Format to be decided.
Juniors invited to go to Junction Oval for training/coaching. (perhaps 3 times/year)
St Kilda to run clinics up here
Shirt presentation night at Belvoir wth St Kilda players in attendance.
St. Kilda see association with Belvoir as a possible pipeline for our juniors to their club.
St Kilda wish to move slowly towards any formal arrangement with our club.
Meeting with Richard Lan? (Parks and Gardens) Wodonga Council
Sprinkler system around wicket through their existing system. Can then water pitch 3-4 a week on a timer.
We are being sent a quote from council for installation. We are also getting a quote for an extra pitch too.

There is a desire to re-engage with previous players

Club Fridge
Fridge is not going (compressor problem?). $700 estimated for repairs.
Perhaps we could go halves with soccer club for a new second hand one. Coley to investigate prices ASAP.

Indoor Training @ Monash Sports Centre
There was a need to confirm the Saturday 29th August date. Minimum of 20 players needed. Committee agreed to pay the $260 for the 3 hours. (Brett to confirm and send cheque.) Hopefully bus costs will be minimal.
Social Committee
People who have shown interest in being part of a Social committee will be approached. Wendy Lucas, Brett, Linda, Eve, Maria Connors, Mick. Brett to convene.
Introduction of Players Numbers
It was agreed that players should get their own unique number once they have represented Belvoir in an A grade game. Actual number system to be decided but suggested older players get #1 and those playing since the club joined the Provincial competition are given their number in a sequential manner.

Various players have been approached. More later.
Communication
It was felt a strong club needs to have a good communications system. All committee members to provide their details to the secretary so minutes of meetings can be sent out etc Also committee members if need to can easily contact each other.
Future Meetings
Next meeting Thursday July 2nd at Training Shed. It was agreed that all subsequent meetings be on the first Thursday of every month commencing 7.30pm (at this stage).
General Business
Training Nets
Training nets need to be repaired. Need to look at black matting which goes at back and sides of nets. Gary Lee to asked about black matting at next meeting. Bowlers run up also needs to be looked at.
Bar Rules
Shaun Baude to run slate
Roster needs to be created. Brett to bring in old roster as a template for the new season. Perhaps a cash register to monitor sales. Signs behind bar indicating bar rules. As a licensed premises no outside alcohol is allowed.
